main
run_graph_pipe	Trains the graph models.
run_hov_pipe	Trains Hovernet and predicts cell contours in json format.
run_postproc_pipe	Converts the json format to the graph format containing ground truth (GT) and predictions.
run_preproc_pipe	Runs the preprocessing pipeline to convert the gson format to other formats.
