Functions

`check_order`	THIS FUNCTION IS NOT IMPLEMENTED YET.
`create_comparator`	Returns a comparator function between two contours.
`get_greatest_connected_component`	Given a list of indices, returns the left and right value of the greatest connected component.
`join`	Joins two cells by appending all the points in b's contour to a's contour.
`merge_cells`	Merges two cells by removing their 30 closest pairs and connecting the endpoints.
`remove_idx`	Removes all the indices in a's contour that are included in a_idx's greatest connected component.
